A Townhome in Nolita

In the elegant, modern townhome of our Nolita project, we designed an inviting living room with an en-suite dining area. The room is anchored by three dramatic oversized windows and sandstone colored brick. By introducing vintage rugs, layers of color and pattern, and classic Scandinavian pieces, we transformed this modern residence into a cozy and warm sanctuary.
